Combining my expertise as a physical therapist and personal trainer, I help you fill your toolbox with practical strategies for long-term wellness. Together, we’ll create a sustainable plan to enhance your fitness, optimize your nutrition, strengthen your body, and support your overall health goals. Whether you’re looking to improve mobility, build strength, or achieve better balance in life, this program is designed with you in mind. 

This will include:

Health and Wellness Goal Setting: We’ll work together to define actionable, realistic goals based on your health aspirations. This includes identifying potential obstacles, setting measurable benchmarks, and creating strategies for long-term success.

Physical Activity and Fitness Goals: We’ll work together to create a personalized plan that will target your unique needs and interests.  This may include a plan that integrates your past or current activities and favorite fitness locations while also introducing opportunities for new and exciting pursuits.

This service can be offered as a standalone session, purchased as a package, or seamlessly integrated into your Physical Therapy or Personal Training experience.
